Whether you are an experienced rugby player and want to trial your talents at British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) level, or quite simply want to take up the game and enjoy the fellowship of a rugby club while studying, Scottish Rugby Union and Scottish Student Sport (SSS) can help.

The Student and Adult Participation team are here to help support and advise universities and colleges across the country. They can offer guidance and information on all matters relating to further and higher education rugby. It is the first time Scottish Rugby has put in place two full-time staff dedicated to the student game, a clear indication of Scotland’s commitment to Student rugby.

University and College rugby truly is a unique experience with many long lasting friendships being formed. The social side of student rugby is like nothing else win, lose or draw the atmosphere is superb so stop hesitating and get involved!
