Advice for Children

Playing rugby is FUN – you are part of a team, learn new skills, try new things and play alongside your friends. If for any reason it stops being fun you should speak to someone. Whether anyone at your club says or does something to make you feel uncomfortable or you are worried about anything and need to talk to someone about it……there are lots of people who will listen and help you.

If you don’t want to speak to your parents then your rugby club will have a Child Protection Officer (or if you feel more comfortable, tell a coach, or a parent helper or anyone else that you trust), or you can call a helpline and someone there will be able to help you.
